Interactive Demos

Feature WalkThrough - ContractPodAi

Leah: Legal AI Assistant (Standalone App)

This super-powered legal assistant is built on the power of generative AI with secure guardrails to support legal transactions. She is trained on a host of legal models to help users extract, review, and even draft contracts, memos, and regulatory updates.

I spearheaded the generation of this and other feature demos, along with the interactive steps, to be used for onboarding and sales-pitched content. This version can be used on Microsoft Word, allowing users to use their preferred systems while taking advantage ContractPodAi’s proprietary technology.

Product Content

Feature Documentation - ContractPodAi

Solution Briefs

Writing about a product requires intimate knowledge regarding not only the features being released, but also the company’s overall messaging and mission. Each of the attached has been used in ContractPodAi’s marketing campaigns (e.g. social media channels, website, digital ads, email marketing, etc.) and continues to be used in the company’s internal knowledge database.

Website Copy

The following pieces of virtual content were created in a cross-functional collaboration with SEO, website development, graphic design, product, and lead generation. My written copy regularly contributed to a multi-team effort to better the company’s search engine positioning, as well as update feature sites and digital presence. Onboarding/Training - White & Case

Feature Help Articles

White & Case’s intranet, Connect, serves as an online community and communication hub for employees. Additionally, the intranet exhibits certain features for users to utilize and engage with team members. I created self-service articles to provide step-by-step instructions on how they can do so. A number of these articles included gifs as a form of creating visual movement on the site, without the clunky, bandwidth-hogging, mp4 walk-throughs.

Customer Testimonials

The following are pieces I wrote for ContractPodAi, based on interviews with the company’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Their respective stories were garnered by reviewing an aggregation of hundreds of data points from user data.

Research Reports

Based on ContractPodAi’s 2023 research survey, these documents involved me reviewing hundreds of raw data points to create a comprehensive story. The highly-visualized reports are my versions of the original one-pager content I contributed for marketing distribution.

White & Case’s intranet, Connect, serves as an online community and communication hub for employees. I routinely wrote and internally published interviews from department leaders on how they use the intranet to increase engagement with their respective teams.

Clipping - Faithfully Magazine

The Case for Community

The following article is an op-ed I wrote for Faithfully Magazine, conveying first-hand experience of being Chinese American in NYC during the height of COVID-19. The everyday tension of the pandemic is heightened by the fact that my position, at the time, was considered “essential” and that my family and I were living in one of the biggest hotspots in the city.
