Writing about a product requires intimate knowledge regarding, not only the features being released, but also the company’s overall messaging and mission. Below includes a variety of documents that I have written to drive corporate storytelling. Each of the attached have been used in ContractPodAi’s marketing campaigns (e.g. social media channels, website, digital ads, email marketing, etc.) and continues to be used in the company’s internal knowledge database.

Self-Serve Help Desk - Onboarding/Training

White & Case’s intranet, Connect, serves as an online community and communication hub for employees. Additionally, the intranet exhibits certain features for users to utilize and engage with team members. I created a number of self-service articles to provide step-by-step instructions on how they can do so. A number of these articles included gifs as a form of creating visual movement on the site, without the clunky, bandwidth-hogging, mp4 walk-throughs.

UX Content - Onboarding/Training

Workplace_ by os33 provides a secure SaaS platform for productivity and compliance. When good UX is present, it should be so seamless that a user shouldn’t notice it. For os33’s “new user” walk-through, the prompts and UX writing seen on these images were personally generated.
